Each apartment is equipped with its own dedicated Wi-Fi network. You can find the network name (SSID) and password displayed in small frames located near the television.

Cabinets: Please open all kitchen cabinets. You will find not only plates, glasses, cutlery, and various kitchen utensils but also dish soap and trash bags.

Appliances: The apartments are equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, toaster and an electric induction hob.

Towels: You will find towels in the cabinets of every bathroom.

Hot Water System: The water is heated by a boiler system that supplies the entire apartment. There is enough hot water for 5 consecutive showers (total 10 min), provided hot water isn't being used in the kitchen simultaneously.

Important Note: If a shower lasts longer than 10 minutes, you will need to wait approximately 20 minutes for the system to reheat before the next hot shower is available.

Equipment: There are several air conditioning units throughout the apartment, which can all be operated using the provided remote controls.

Modes: You can set the units to Heat (calor), Cool (frio), or Dry (desumidificar) mode.

Recommended Settings: We suggest setting the temperature to 22°C for cooling during the summer and 22°C for heating during the winter.

Maintenance: Please avoid setting the units to extreme temperatures, as this puts excessive strain on the equipment and may cause malfunctions.

Operation: To open and close the curtains, please use the pull cords located at the ends, near the wall.

Important: Do not attempt to force the curtains open or closed by hand, as this may damage the mechanism.

Please note that the bridge stations plugged into one electrical outlet in the living room or kitchen area are vital for the lock system's stability. These devices should not be unplugged, as doing so will negatively impact the proper functioning of the electronic locks. For your convenience, please use any other available power outlet in the apartment for your personal devices.
